To guarantee the reservation, full pre-payment is required at the time of booking.

If the booking is cancelled or modified up to 14 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be applied, and the full amount will be refunded.

If the cancellation or modification occurs after that period, the total amount of the reservation will be retained.

In case of cancellation during the stay or in the event of a no-show, the full amount of the package will also be charged.
